Hello future students! :) Sorry for the lack in blogs, we have been on winter break but we're back in action now! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas & a happy new year! It feels so good to be back on campus with all my friends and back into the swing of things! It's a beautiful day on campus- so sunny, snow is melting, almost feels like spring!
I just wanted to share with you, a very awesome part of our college, our upcoming student activities that will be taking place this semester! Although pharmacy college is difficult at times, it is mandatory that you get out and have some fun to relieve some stress! Below, I have listed some of the activities, dates & prices that ACPHS has provided this semester. Just think, if you choose us for your college- YOU will be participating in these activities! And remember- all students are allowed to have a car on campus no matter what year they are in, but if you don't have a car on campus- transportation is provided for the events taking place off campus.

1/22: River Rats Ice Hockey Party- watch the game from an ice level suite, and enjoy a free dinner of chicken parm, eggplant parm, chicken and penne, and meatballs, along with salad, rolls and a drink! 7:00 p.m. at Times Union Center, $15.00/ACPHS student
1/22: Pre Release of ‘Zombieland’at 8:30 p.m. in SC 202
1/23: Price is Right Gameshow- Come on down! Play classic games like Plinko, Hole in One, and others for a chance to win items such as gift cards, a GPS, Digital Camera, LCD TV, cash prizes and more! At 8:00 p.m. in SC 202
1/28: Free Bowling at Spare Time Bowling Alley at 8:30 p.m. Sign Up in SC 209 by Monday January 25th with your ACPHS ID
1/28: See the Broadway musical ‘Grease’ at Proctor’s Theater. Tickets on sale in SC 209$25.00/ACPHS student
1/29: Pre Release of ‘Law Abiding Citizen’ at 8:30 p.m. in SC 202
1/30: Bus Trip to Turning Stone Casino-Bus leaves campus at 3:00 p.m., leaves casino at 11:00 p.m. Includes a $25.00 match-play certificate and a voucher for discount Buffet entry. $5.00/ACPHS Student

2/20: Bus Trip to Lake Placid- Ski, Snowshoe, or wander the village

3/6: NYC Bus Trip- more information to come!
4/16: Relay for Life- Put on by Colleges Against Cancer, a club here on campus. Pitch a tent!
4/23: Springfest! Catered BBQ, face painting, mechanical bull, concert on the lawn, slip n' slide, trampolines, DJ, dippin' dots, free tee shirts & much, much more! SO MUCH FUN!
