Hello there! :-) I just returned to campus Sunday from a very relaxing & enjoyable spring break in Myrtle Beach! Weather was nice and it was fun to relax on the beach with friends for a week!
But now it's back to school for the final stretch! We now have 5 weeks of classes left and 1 week of finals... so that is 44 days until summer break! I can't believe I will be done with my 2nd year of college already! It feels like just yesterday that I came to visit this campus as a high school senior! The time really does fly here at ACPHS... you're so busy with schoolwork & campus events that you don't even realize that the semesters go by so quickly!
A fun campus activity is just a month away... the last Friday in April is Springfest, which I am really looking forward to! Springfest is when the school opens up the soccer field and there is a mechanical bull, trampolines, slip & slides, outdoor laser tag, BBQ's, a concert, free t-shirts, booths set up, ice cream, funnel cakes.. the whole nine yards! Last year the weather was beautiful and the event was SO fun! Almost every student is on the soccer field together enjoying the spring temperatures & each others company. It is a great event to have the weekend before finals! I am so excited!
Anyways, I have a quiz today and tomorrow and an organic chemistry exam Thursday so I better get back to my studying! Hope you all have a good week... spring is just around the corner!
