Back From Break!

Hello Again!
We are officially back in session as of last week! My first week of classes wasn’t so bad. A lot of the material we learned was very interesting. My courses this semester are primarily composed of “PTP&M” Modules. It stands for Pathophysiology, Therapeutics, Pharmacology, and Medicinal Chemistry. We get to learn all of those topics about a specific part of the body. Last semester I did Cardiovascular and Respiratory. This semester I am doing Endocrine, GI/Nutrition, and Infectious Disease. I recently got hired at the Walgreens right by the college and believe it or not it is my first time working in a pharmacy. I really like it there especially since it is so close to my off campus apartment. There are a lot of things going on at school this week. One of them is the musical Grease. It is playing at Proctor’s in Schenectady (not too far) and we get to see it if we want for $25. Over the weekend, I got my dance on and learned a new dance for the show which we will be having in April. I also got my CPR training done which was long, boring, and most importantly mandatory. But all kidding aside, I did learn a lot from the course. Well I better get some studying done because I have an APhA E-Board meeting today at 4:30. Talk to you soon!
-Mike
