Hi Everyone!
We are in our second week of classes already -- I can't believe how fast time flies by! I've been staying very busy with getting the Dance Team started for our Annual Dance Spring Show that is being held at 7:30 pm on April 10th. I have already choreographed and taught two dances to the team (the opening to our show and an advanced hip hop routine). Spring semester (although is the most stressful of semesters for me) is the most exciting because the dance show enthusiasm from the team keeps my spirits up. But I am constantly choreographing and ordering costumes, etc.
Last Friday, the school sponsored a mini "trip" to go see the Albany River Rats hockey team at the Times Union Center, that included a great dinner of chicken alfredo, chicken and eggplant parm, salad, pizza, and cookies -- on top of having seats right up against the ice glass! Tickets were only $15 per person for the whole event, and this was my second year in a row going because it was such a blast! The River Rats lost in overtime -- but it was still an intense game.
In terms of my classes, this semester I am taking Pathophysiology II, Pharmaceutics II, Self-Care, Molecular Biology, and Pharmacy Skills Lab II. I do have my first exam in Patho a week from today -- but things are going pretty smoothly...
Well, my lunch is over for now. I'll be talking to you all soon!
-Sarah
