Hi Everyone,
This is Tyler blogging again. It is hard to believe how quickly the semester is coming to an end. After returning from Thanksgiving break, there are only two weeks of classes left before finals. It was good to have a few days off to relax and come back refreshed for the final stretch.
This Friday is the White Coat Ceremony for students in the third year of the Doctor of Pharmacy program. The third year is also the first professional year of the program. The purpose of the White Coat Ceremony is to welcome the third year class to the profession of pharmacy and for the class to take the Oath of a Pharmacist. The Oath of a Pharmacist embodies all of the professional aspects of the profession of pharmacy. As a third year student myself, I can say that it is an exciting time for all of us.
Another event that is coming up is the Charity Snowball. This has become an annual event at ACPHS, and allows students to have a great time while supporting a good cause. Students are able to purchase discounted tickets for the event by donating a child's Christmas gift. The event is always popular with students and a great time.
I hope you all have enjoyed this post. Keep checking back for more updates.
-Tyler
