Welcome to our blog!

Hello everyone! My name is Natalie Hall and I am a 2nd year PharmD student here at ACPHS. I am from the small town of Cape Vincent, where the population is 780 people, probably less than the number of graduating students in your high schools! As much as I adore my teeny town, I was definitely ready for a change of scenery and for a chance to experience the city life! I absolutely love it here and I am so blessed!

Today is my last day of classes for the semester, I cannot believe that my 3rd semester of college is coming to an end! (only 9 more to go!) It feels like it was just yesterday when I decided I wanted to become a pharmacist! Now, I am counting the days until I get to go home, be with my family and celebrate the holidays!

This week has been crazy: signing up for next semesters classes, finishing all my last minute presentations, essays, exams, quizzes, lab practicals and preparing for the finals studying. We had an organic chemistry exam yesterday, so afterwards, my friends and I drove to the Cheesecake Factory and treated ourselves to an absolutley delicious dinner! It was a really fun time. I think one of the most important things about college is the amazing friends you will meet along the way, especially here at ACPHS, because everyone has the same goals in mind- to become doctors (of pharmacy!) I have met the greatest friends I could ever ask for here, and I am confident that you will meet some great friends here as well! Below, is the best friend I have met along the way! (I am on the left)

As I said, I have been preparing for final exams... and everyone studies with different techniques, but me, i'm known as the "flashcard queen!" So I would like to share a photo, of my flashcard addiction with you (don't let it scare you though!)

Hope you enjoyed my post, and I hope that you will look to ACPHS as a possibility for your future. There isn't a better place in the world to gain your education!
May the spirit of Christmas bring you peace, the gladness of Christmas give you hope, and the warmth of Christmas grant you love. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!
